Studio Profile & Social Links

Set up your public studio page with banner, logo, social media links, and contact information

Manage your business details and public-facing brand assets from Admin. General information and social links are in Admin > Settings > General. Your banner and logo are in Admin > Settings > Brand.

To review images and files used across your business, see Media Library.

Banner and logo#

Open Admin > Settings > Brand and find the Business images section. You can upload or change a Banner and a Logo.

  • Banner files must be under 5 MB.
  • Logo files must be under 2 MB.
  • Both controls accept image files. Use Upload when an asset is missing and Change when one is already set.

Studio information#

In Admin > Settings > General, the Business details section includes:

  • Business name
  • Address
  • Contact email
  • Email sender name

Time format#

In Admin > Settings > General, the Regional section has Time format. Choose 12-hour (6:00 PM) or 24-hour (18:00). The time pickers in Admin, such as opening hours, schedules, class times and closures, show times in the format you choose.

A new business starts on the format its country usually uses. Businesses in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, the Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Colombia start on 12-hour time. Businesses everywhere else start on 24-hour time. You can change it at any time.

Social links#

The Social links section includes Website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Substack. Enter a link or handle using the format shown in each field, then click Save social links.

Instagram#

Add an Instagram handle or profile URL.

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > General.
  2. Find the Instagram field.
  3. Enter a handle such as @yourstudio or a URL such as https://instagram.com/yourstudio.
  4. Click Save social links.

YouTube#

Enter a YouTube handle such as @yourchannel or a channel URL such as https://youtube.com/@yourchannel.

Substack#

Enter your Substack publication URL, such as yourpublication.substack.com.

Website#

Enter your website URL, such as https://example.com.

The links are saved together with the rest of your business social links.

Where customers see these details#

Your storefront's About page shows your locations, your website and your social links. Customers who are signed in also see your Contact email there, and your business phone number if one is on file. Customers who are not signed in are asked to sign in to see them.

The top of your storefront shows your website and social links as icons. Signed-in customers also see an email icon and, when you have a phone number on file, a phone icon.

For what the About page shows about each location, see Manage Locations and Resources.
