Plan Features lists the features included in the selected business's plan. Each listed feature has an Included badge. The page does not show separate states for business-level enablement or staff role access.
The feature list is on the Billing page, below the plan and invoice sections. Use this page when you want to confirm what the selected business's plan includes. Business owners also use it to accept Naayya's Business Terms and Data Processing Agreement. See Naayya agreement.
Open plan features#
Select the business from the sidebar, then go to Admin > Settings > Billing and scroll to the feature list.
What feature states mean#
Included and enabled#
Each feature shown in the list has an Included badge, which confirms that the selected plan includes it. A feature may also have a linked setting for its own configuration.
Included but not enabled#
Plan Features does not show a separate Included but not enabled state. If a listed feature is unavailable, check the linked setting or the access message in the product that uses it.
Not included#
When the selected plan has no premium features, the page shows No premium features. Non-global admins also see Upgrade to unlock additional capabilities and a View plans link to Admin > Settings > Billing.
Role limited#
Plan Features does not show a separate Role limited state. If someone cannot open a feature, check that product's access requirements.
Naayya agreement#
On Billing, only the business owner sees the Naayya agreement section. Managers and other staff do not.
The Naayya agreement section shows the business's acceptance of the Business Terms and Data Processing Agreement:
- Accepted: the business accepted the current version. The row shows the version and the date it was accepted.
- Review and accept: the business has not accepted the current version yet.
New features, such as Contracts, need the current version accepted before you can use them.
Accept the agreement#
- Go to Admin > Settings > Billing and scroll to Naayya agreement.
- In Naayya agreement, select Review and accept.
- Open and read the Business Terms and the Data Processing Agreement from the links in the dialog. A plain-text copy of the DPA version is also available to download.
- Tick I accept the Business Terms and Data Processing Agreement on behalf of your business.
- Select Accept.
Naayya records who accepted, when, and from which IP address and device. If the save fails, the dialog stays open and shows the reason, so you can try again.
Feature access vs staff access#
The Included badge confirms plan inclusion. It does not describe every access rule used by the product that provides the feature.
