Use Admin > Pricing to set up products for classes and services. Select New pricing option and choose a Type: Drop-in, Pack, Membership, or Single appointment. You choose what a pack covers, classes, services, or both, in the form itself. Physical goods are managed separately in Shop.
What you see depends on your studio setup#
The Type list is the same for every business. The fields below it depend on the type you choose. A pack lists your classes under Class coverage and your services under Service coverage, so check that the classes and services exist before creating the pack.
Quick Comparison#

Class Products#
Choose Drop-in, Pack, or Membership for group class products.
Drop-in#
Choose Drop-in when the product is for one class offer. Check which classes accept it before sharing the product.
Class pack#
Choose Pack for a product with Credits or Unlimited under Class Limit. Pack is the current label for the older “Class pack” and “bundles” wording. Set Validity, then choose Class coverage: all standard classes, specific classes, or no classes. A limited pack of 2 to 10,000 credits can also pay for services you tick under Service coverage, from the same balance. See Creating Packs.
Membership#
Choose Membership for an ongoing class plan. Review its Billing Frequency, Class Limit, Starts When, and Who Can Purchase settings. See Creating Memberships.
Changing a product's price#
Open the existing product in Admin > Pricing and edit its Price field. For a change to the offer's structure, review Replace product in the Product Settings Guide. Check the product details and customer-facing listing after saving.
Service Products#
To sell a service, such as a massage or a consultation, choose Single appointment for one use of it, or a Pack that covers the service for several uses.
Single appointment#
Choose Single appointment to create a product for one use of a service, bought while booking it. Where Naayya labels the product's type, a product linked to one service reads as that service, for example "1 Massage". Otherwise it reads Single appointment.
Service pack#
New products no longer use Service pack. To sell several uses, such as 5 massages, create a Pack, choose No classes, and tick the services it covers under Service coverage. You can also start one from the service: open it, edit Linked products, and select Create a pack for this service.
A service pack you already sell keeps working as before. Its Replace product flow still offers Service pack.
Physical products#
Goods such as clothing and equipment belong in Shop, separate from class and service products in Admin > Pricing. See Creating Physical Products for product details, variants, and inventory.
Admin > Products appears once Products is on in Admin > Settings > Offerings, sold Online, In person or both. See Turn selling on.
Which Product Type Should You Choose?#
For Group Classes#
Choose Drop-in for one class offer, Pack for a pack or pass, and Membership for a membership plan. If a class pack should cover only selected classes or a special format, check Class Coverage for Products.
For Services#
Choose Single appointment for one use of a service, or a Pack that covers the service for several uses, such as 5 massages. A pack can cover classes and services together, for example a partner class plus a private training service. Check the services covered and the customer booking flow before sharing the product.
Getting Started#
- Go to Admin > Pricing and select New pricing option.
- Set Type to Drop-in, Pack, Membership, or Single appointment.
- Enter the customer-facing details and the fields shown for that type. For a pack, choose its class and service coverage and check the Covers line.
- Select Create pricing option, then open the product to check its status, coverage, and public listing.
Recommended Starting Products#
Start with the options you actually sell. A class business might offer a Drop-in and one Pack. A service business might offer a Single appointment and a Pack that covers its services. Add a Membership when that product type matches the plan you want to present. Review the options on your public product listing.
