Admin > Settings > Billing keeps your subscription, billing details, recent invoices, included features, agreements and usage on one page. Scroll to the section you need. It applies to the business selected in the sidebar; Profile manages your personal account.
This page is about what your business pays Naayya. For payments your customers make to you, see Set up Get Paid.
Your plan#
At the top of the page, the first card shows your plan and one line about it, for example €99 per month, renews at €115.83 on 16 Oct 2026. The renewal amount includes VAT. Amounts and dates follow your billing country.
The line also tells you when your free trial ends, when a cancelled plan ends, or when a payment is overdue. A plan paid by bank transfer shows paid by bank transfer and the date of your next invoice.
- Manage opens your Naayya subscription in Stripe, where you can update your payment method.
- Choose plan appears during a free trial or after it ends, so you can start a plan.
- Cancel plan ends your plan at the end of the period you paid for. You confirm before anything changes. Only the business owner can cancel.
Below it, a second card shows the next plan up and what it adds. Enterprise is priced for each business, so it shows Talk to sales instead of a price.
Billing details#
Under Billing details, three cards hold the details on your Naayya invoices. Select Edit to change the business details or VAT number, or Add when nothing is set yet.
- Business details. Your billing email, legal business name and address. Invoices and receipts go to the billing email. Use the exact legal name and address you want on your invoices.
- Payment method. The card or bank account Naayya charges. Select Edit to change it in Stripe. With no payment method on file, the card shows Not set; choosing a plan adds one.
- VAT number. For businesses in the EU, Switzerland and the UK. When you save a number, Naayya checks it: EU numbers with the EU VAT register (VIES), Swiss and UK numbers by their format and check digits. A checked number shows a verified mark. If the check fails, the number is still saved and shows (not verified).
Your business country is also needed before you connect Stripe in Get Paid. Stripe keeps the account country set during setup, so set it here first.
Recent invoices#
The Recent invoices section lists your Naayya invoices, newest billing period first: the date, what it was for, and the amount in the invoice's currency. An invoice that is not paid yet shows its status, such as Due or Processing. Select an invoice to open it.
Select More invoices to see older ones. Every issued invoice is there, so you can collect a full year for your accountant.
